JB Stockton has had a lifelong interest in language, history, and storytelling, and has found that writing historical fiction is an excellent way to combine these interests.

Born and raised in Norfolk, he presently works in the funeral industry, having worked previously in a diverse number of fields.

He and his wife live with their dog in a Tudor farmhouse in Norfolk that they are restoring, where his hobbies – after writing - are woodworking and woodcarving.
